Plant, site, and device information Plant name, site name, installer or owner information, device serial number, logger information, inverter information, equipment model, firmware version, communication status, energy generation data, power data, alarm records, fault status, and maintenance records. To provide solar monitoring, equipment management, fault diagnosis, performance analysis, notifications, maintenance support, and after-sales service.
Technical and usage data IP address, login time, access time, app version, operating system, browser type, device model, language, time zone, crash logs, diagnostic logs, and service usage records. To keep the Services secure, troubleshoot issues, improve performance, prevent abuse, and maintain service quality.
Camera or QR code data QR code or barcode information scanned by the mobile app, such as device serial numbers or binding codes. To bind devices, add equipment, configure systems, or verify device information. We do not use camera access for advertising or unrelated tracking.
Bluetooth or local device connection data Nearby device identifiers, Bluetooth connection status, local configuration data, or device communication results when local setup features are used. To connect, configure, diagnose, or maintain supported PrimeVOLT equipment. Bluetooth or local network access is used only when required by related device functions.
Notification data Push notification token, alarm notification status, message delivery status, and user notification preferences. To send equipment alarms, system messages, account notices, and service-related notifications.
Location-related data Plant or site location information that you, your installer, or your organization voluntarily provides, such as a site address or geographic area. To identify and manage plant locations, support equipment service, calculate site-related statistics, or display monitoring information. The App does not collect precise GPS location unless the relevant permission is requested and you grant it.
Support information Information you provide when contacting us, including inquiry content, attachments, screenshots, contact details, and support history. To respond to support requests, investigate issues, improve product quality, and maintain service records.
