This Policy applies to the PrimeVOLT Services available through https://mypowermanager.net/, the PrimeVOLT mobile application, and related cloud monitoring services.
This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or platforms that are not operated or controlled by PrimeVOLT, even if they are linked from our Services.
2. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use the Services and which features are enabled for your account, plant, device, or project.

3. Information We Do Not Collect
- The PrimeVOLT App does not provide social media login and does not collect social media account information through Facebook, Google, Apple, Line, or other social media login services.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising tracking.
- We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as health information, biometric data, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, political opinions, religious beliefs, or information about children, unless required for a specific lawful purpose and with appropriate notice.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the PrimeVOLT Services.
- To create, authenticate, and manage user accounts.
- To bind, monitor, configure, diagnose, and manage solar equipment and related devices.
- To display plant data, energy generation data, device status, fault records, and historical reports.
- To send service-related messages, system notices, fault alarms, and security notifications.
- To provide customer support, technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales service.
- To protect the security and integrity of our systems, users, devices, and Services.
- To conduct internal analysis, quality improvement, testing, and product development.
- To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and enforceable governmental requests.
5. App Permissions
The PrimeVOLT App may request certain permissions only when needed for specific functions:
- Camera: used for scanning QR codes or barcodes to add, bind, or configure devices.
- Bluetooth: used for discovering, connecting, configuring, or diagnosing supported equipment when Bluetooth setup is available.
- Local network or nearby devices: used for communicating with supported devices during local setup or maintenance.
- Notifications: used to deliver alarm notices, service messages, and account-related notifications.
- Location: only used if a specific feature requires location permission and you grant it. Plant or site location may also be manually provided by you, your installer, or your organization.
You can manage App permissions through your device settings. If you disable certain permissions, some features may not work properly.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website may use cookies, local storage, session identifiers, or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, improve user experience, analyze service performance, and maintain security.
Cookies do not usually identify you by themselves, but they may be linked to account or usage information when you sign in. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect website functionality.
7. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following situations:
- Authorized users and organizations: Information may be visible to users who are authorized to access the same plant, site, organization, installer account, or service project.
- Service providers: We may use trusted service providers for cloud hosting, data storage, push notifications, email delivery, analytics, crash reporting, system maintenance, security, and customer support. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to us.
- Device installers, distributors, or maintenance partners: When necessary to provide installation, troubleshooting, warranty, or maintenance support, relevant plant, device, account, or contact information may be shared with authorized partners.
- Legal and safety reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, court order, government request, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of PrimeVOLT, users, devices, or the public.
- Business transfers: If PrimeVOLT is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of business assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection measures.
8. International Data Transfer
The PrimeVOLT Services may be operated using cloud servers, technical infrastructure, support teams, or service providers located in different countries or regions. As a result, your information may be processed or stored outside your country or region.
When information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to protect it in accordance with this Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts, support plant and device monitoring, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve product quality, and maintain security.
Different types of information may be retained for different periods. For example, device logs, alarm records, and energy generation records may be retained to support historical reports, warranty support, fault analysis, regulatory compliance, or customer service. When information is no longer required, we will delete, anonymize, or securely retain it in accordance with applicable requirements.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction. These measures may include access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, logging, and internal security procedures.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we continuously work to protect the Services and user information.

Some information may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, maintenance records, warranty support, or historical device/plant records that cannot reasonably be separated from system operation records.
13. Children's Privacy
The PrimeVOLT Services are intended for business, equipment management, installers, plant owners, maintenance personnel, and authorized users. They are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
14. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, documents, app stores, maps, payment platforms, or other external services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services. Please review their privacy policies before providing information to them.
